1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply only to invited private-beta users of Hummify (“you”). By accessing or using the beta Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service solely for your evaluation and feedback during the private beta.

3. User Content

• Your ownership: You retain all rights in files, comments, and other content you upload.
• Our license: You grant us permission to store, display, and use your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• Restrictions: Do not upload illegal, infringing, or sensitive personal data (e.g. health, racial, financial information).

4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hummify and its affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including lost data or downtime.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your beta access at our discretion (e.g. for misuse or at public-launch). Upon termination, your account and data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
